经皮穴位电刺激配合电针对多囊卵巢综合征排卵功能的影响

Effect of transcutaneuos electrical acupoint stimulation with electroacupuncture on ovulation induction of patients withpolycystic ovary syndrome

目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneuos electircal stimulation,TEAS)与电针(Electroacupuncture,EA)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者促排卵治疗的效果。方法:将39例PCOS患者随机分为TEAS组、EA组、mock组(空白对照组),经止后开始,TEAS组对选定穴位进行经皮穴位电刺激联合来曲唑促排卵,EA组对选定穴位进行电针激联合来曲唑促排卵,mock组对选定穴位进行无效电刺激联合来曲唑促排卵,每次30 min,每周至少3次,共2个周期。观察3组双侧卵巢的卵泡情况及统计妊娠率。结果:3组在接受两个周期的治疗后,双侧卵巢窦卵泡及成熟卵泡数均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在完成第二个周期治疗后,TEAS组与EA组的排卵数与mock组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而完成第二个周期治疗后,EA组的周期妊娠率与mock组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TEAS和EA治疗均能提高PCOS患者促排卵治疗的排卵率,且EA治疗能提高PCOS患者促排卵治疗的妊娠率。

Objective:To observe the effect of transcutaneuos electrical acupointstimulation(TEAS)with electroacupuncture(EA)on ovulation induction of patients withpolycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:39 cases of patients with PCOS were randomly divided into TEAS group,EA group,mock group(blank control group).In order to induce ovulation,after menstruation,TEAS group was treated with TEAS at selected acupoints combined with letrozole,EA group was treated with EA at selected acupoints combined with letrozole,while mock group was treated with invalid TEAS at selected acupoints combined with letrozole.For each group,30 minuetes each time,no less than 3 times each week,2 cycles in total.In 3 groups,the follicular condition of bilateral ovary was observed,and the pregnancy rate was calculated.Results:After 3 groups were treated for 2 cycles,there were no statistical significances in the number of antral follicles and mature follicles of bilateral ovary(P>0.05).But after the second cycle of treatment,compared the ovulation number of TEAS group and EA group with that of mock group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05),and compared the pregnancy rate of EA group with that of mock group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of ovulation induction of patients with PCOS,TEAS and EA both can increase the ovulation rate of patients with PCOS,and EA can also increase the pregnancy rate of patients with PCOS.
