香附中黄酮类成分的分离与鉴定及生物活性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究香附的石油醚萃取部分的黄酮类成分,为其化学成分和药理活性的研究提供较全面的科学依据。方法:采用常规天然药物化学色谱技术进行分离纯化,进一步运用多种波谱技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。采用MTT法检测化合物对肿瘤细胞的影响。结果:从香附的石油醚萃取部分中分离得到4个黄酮类化合物,分别是:4'-甲氧基-8-甲氧基-7-γ,γ-二甲基烯丙氧基异黄酮(Ⅰ)、7-甲氧基异黄酮(Ⅱ)、5-hydroxy-4’-methoxy-7-[(3-methyl-2-buthenyl)oxy]-isoflavone(Ⅲ)、木犀草素(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ显示了中等强度的细胞毒活性。 Objective:To research the flavonoids in petroleum ether extraction from rhizoma cyperi,and to provide a more comprehensive experimental basis for research on thier chemical components and pharmacological activity.Methods:The flavonoids were separated and purified by chemical chromatography technology of conventional natural medicines.The structures of compounds were identified further by a variety of spectroscopy technologys and chemical methods.The effect of compounds on tumor cells was detected by MTT.Results:4 kinds of flavonoid compounds were separated from petroleum ether extraction of rhizoma cyperi.They were respectively:4'-methoxyl-8-methoxyl-7-γ,γ-dimethylallyloxy isoflavone(I),7-methoxyisoflavone(II),5-hydroxy-4'-methoxy-7-[(3-methyl-2-buthenyl)oxy]-isoflavone(III),luteolin(IV).Conclusion:Compounds I,II,III were separated first from this plant.Compounds II and IV showed the cytotoxicity of medium intensity.
