摘要 新中国成立后,手工业中的劳资、雇佣、师徒关系相比旧社会有比较大的改善,但在1953年却一度出现了紧张的情况。这种紧张局面的出现与手工业中劳资、雇佣、师徒三种关系的混淆以及"五反"运动中对这三种关系不能准确区分有一定关系,因而出现了一些违反政策的现象。湖北省召开了手工业代表会议,对改善这三种关系提供了解决方案,之后中央对湖北省的经验进行了推广,三种关系的紧张局面逐步得到了改善。 After the founding of new China,the relations between labor and capital,employer and employee,master and apprentice in the handicraft industry had been greatly improved compared with the old society,but in 1953 there was a tense situation.The emergence of this tense situation had a great deal to the phenomenon of policy violation because of the confusions with the relations between labor and capital,employer and employee and master and apprentice,inaccurate identification to those three relations in the Five-anti Campaign.The Hubei province held the Representative Conference of the Handicraft Industry and provided solutions to the improvement of the three relations.After that,the Central Committee had promoted the experience of Hubei province and the tension in the three relations had been gradually improved.
