摘要
本文针对目前我国县域医共体发展存在的问题,基于社会网络理论视角,对县域医共体各成员之间的关系进行分析,提出优化网络整体、强化网络位置、优化利益分配的政策措施,以期提升县域医共体建设水平。
Based on the perspective of social network theory,this paper analyzed the relationship between the members of the county medical community and proposed the policy measures including optimizing the network as a whole,strengthening the network location,and optimizing the distribution of benefits,to improve the level of county medical community construction
