Discussion on the Path of Medical Care Combined with Old-age Care in Urumqi City

随着人口老龄化的发展,医养结合养老模式是满足老年人健康需求的有效模式。本文从概念、典型代表、优缺点等方面探讨医养结合的养老模式,并提出促进医养结合养老模式健康发展的路径:健全人员培养机制、筹资主体多元化、建立多层次养老体系、完善医保定点准入机制及长期护理保险制度。

With the population aging,the combination of medical care and old-age care is an effective model to meet the health needs of the elderly.This paper explored the mode of supporting the old-age care from the aspects of concept,representativeness,advantages and disadvantages,and proposed a path to promote the healthy development of the combination of medical care and old-age care mode:perfect原ing personnel training mechanism,diversification of fundraising entities,establishment of multi-level pension system,and improvement of medical insurance,fixed-point access mechanism and long-term care insurance system.
