摘要 乌蒙山区云南片区在义务教育均衡发展中,结合西部贫困地区义务教育发展实际,构建了以强调资源配置、政府推动和硬件建设为特征的具有西部贫困地区特点的义务教育均衡发展模式。总结这一模式的特点和成功经验,可为片区和西部贫困地区推进义务教育发展实现基本均衡并向优质均衡转型发展提供参考。 In the balanced development of compulsory education in Yunnan region of Wu Meng Mountainous area,combined with the development of compulsory education in the poor areas in Western China,a balanced development mode of compulsory education with the characteristics of resource allocation,government promotion and hardware construction,characterized by the characteristics of the poor areas in the west,is constructed.A summary of the characteristics and successful experience of this mode can provide a reference for the development of compulsory education to achieve a basic balance in the poor areas in the western region as well as for the transition to the development of high quality.
