摘要
对职前教师自主能力的培养,将直接影响到今后的中学英语教学质量以及教师的自我发展前景。作为一种系统的、反思性的探究活动,行动研究是职前教师专业发展的有效途径,它使教育理论与教育实践紧密结合,是教师终身学习和培养教师自主能力的行之有效的教育模式。
To develop pre-service teacher autonomy would directly affect a teacher's self-developing prospect and the teaching quality of English in middle school in the future.Action research,as a systematic and reflective exploratory activity,is an effective way to the pre-service teachers’professional growth,in which educational theories combine closely with educational practice.Also,action research is a workable educational mode where a pre-service teacher learns for life-long time and one's autonomy is fostered
