摘要 伴随互联网保险的快速发展,近年来国际上出现了一种新型保险模式——P2P保险。该模式具有减少保险欺诈、降低营销和投保成本、缓解道德风险等诸多优势,并使传统保险经营模式面临新型保险模式的挑战。随着我国市场经济发展和公众风险防范需求增加,各类社会主体发展P2P保险的愿望愈发强烈,特别是互联网技术的发展给我国改革传统保险经营模式、发展P2P保险新型模式带来新的发展机遇和巨大空间。本文通过对互联网保险发展特征及趋势的识别和判断,分析了我国发展P2P保险模式的必然性和有利条件,明确了发展我国P2P保险的原则,系统地研究提出了发展我国P2P保险业务的路径与策略。 With the rapid development of online insurance,a new insurance model has appeared globally in recent years-the Peer to Peer Insurance(P2P Insurance).The P2P insurance model has many advantages,such as decreasing insurance fraud,lowering the cost of sales and insuring,mitigating ethic risks,etc.This model also raises new challenges to the traditional insurance operation model.With the development of China's marketing economy and the increasing demand of the public for risk prevention,the desire to develop P2P is getting stronger in various social subjects.Particularly,the development in Internet technology has brought development opportunities and vast room for the reform of China's traditional insurance operation model and the development of the new P2P insurance model.Through the recognition and judgment of the characteristics and trends of online insurance development,this article analyzes the inevitability and favorable conditions for the development of P2P model in China,specifies the principles to develop China's P2P Insurance,and syst
