摘要 对350 MW级机组高温再热蒸汽管道FCB工况的动态应力进行分析。介绍了高温再热蒸汽管道动态应力计算的要求以及PIPENET软件高温蒸汽管道汽锤力计算的边界条件设置,并计算出每段直管道汽锤力随时间的变化率,使用CAESARII软件读取PIPENET的计算结果,最终计算出高温再热蒸汽管道的动态应力。计算结果表明,高温再热蒸汽管道的动态应力满足设计及使用要求,确保了机组安全运行。 The dynamic stress of FCB operation condition of high temperature reheat steam pipe in 350 MW unit is analyzed.Requirements of dynamic stress calculation of high temperature reheat steam pipe and boundary condition setting of steam hammer force calculation of high temperature steam pipe in PIPENET software are introduced.Time variant changing rates of steam hammer force in each straight pipe are calculated and calculation results are read by CAESARII software.Finally,steam hammer force of high temperature reheat steam pipe is calculated.Calculation results show that the steam hammer force of high temperature reheat steam pipe satisfies the requirements of design and application which guarantees the security operation of generator unit.
