A Preliminary Study on the Law Enforcement Mode of Tourism Police in China

目前我国旅游警察制度建设尚处于起步阶段,对其具体执法模式的探索更处于真空期。旅游警察的机构设置、职权安排、人员配备和运行机制等方面均属于现阶段旅游警察执法模式迫切需要研究和细化的重要内容。为了发挥旅游警察应有的效用,解决旅游警察面对的相关执法难题,建立科学高效的旅游警察执法模式是必由之路。

At present,the construction of tourism police system in our country is still in its infancy,and the exploration of its specific law enforcement mode is in a vacuum stage.The organization,authority arrangement,staffing and operation mechanism of the tourist police are all the important contents that need to be studied and refined at the present stage of the law enforcement mode of tourism police.In order to give full play to the utility of the tourist police and solve the relevant law enforcement problems faced by the tourist police,it is the only way to establish a scientific and efficient mode of law enforcement of the tourist police.
