网络社交工具中的赌博犯罪探析——以微信红包赌博为例

网络社交工具缩短了人们的距离,便捷了人们的交流,但网络社交工具中也存在着大量的赌博活动。在中国的即时通信工具(IM)中,微信拥有最庞大的网络社交用户群体,与此同时微信中存在的赌博问题也不容忽视。微信红包赌博犯罪作为网络赌博犯罪的新变种,需要从完善立法、转变警务模式、加强侦查协作、培养反赌意识等多方面进行预防。

Internet social tools shorten people’s distance and facilitate people’s communication,but there are also a lot of gambling activities in online social tools.In China,as one of the instant messaging tools(IM),We-Chat has the largest number of social networking users.At the same time,gambling in We-Chat cannot be ignored.As a new variant of online gambling,We-Chat red envelope gambling needs to be prevented from improving the legislation,changing the mode of policing,strengthening the reconnaissance and cooperation,and cultivating antigambling awareness.
