中医药治疗脑出血的研究进展

Research progress of treating cerebral hemorrhage with TCM medicine

脑出血(ICH)是指原发性非外伤性脑实质内出血,也称自发性脑出血,占急性脑血管病的20%~30%[1]。在脑血管中具有发病急、病情重,致死率、致残率高等特点,近年来,随着人口老龄化的发展,其发病率一直呈上升趋势。然而西医治疗尚缺乏确切的疗效手段,中医药在防治脑出血方面有其独特优势,本文现将近几年来中医药在治疗脑出血方面的研究进行论述。

Cerebral hemorrhage(ICH)refers to primary non traumatic brain hemorrhage,it is also known as spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,which accounts for 20%to 30%of acute cerebrovascular disease.In cerebrovascular disease,it has the characteristics of acute onset,severe illness,high lethality and disability rate.In recent years,with the development of population aging,the incidence of the disease has been on the rise.However,western medicine treatment is still lack of exact therapeutic means.TCM medicine has its unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.The research of TCM medicine in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in recent years is discussed in this paper.
