舒脉降压汤结合西药治疗高血压降压降脂的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of the Shumai Jiangya decoction and western medicine on hypertension

目的:探讨舒脉降压汤联合西药治疗高血压的降压及降脂效果。方法:选取我院2015年11月-2017年11月收治的100例高血压患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组单用替米沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒脉降压汤治疗,对比两组治疗2个月后的血压控制效果、降压效果、降脂效果及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组降脂效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在用药治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论:高血压患者在常规西药治疗基础上结合舒脉降压汤治疗,血压控制效果好,降脂效果及降压效果均优于单纯西药治疗,且不会增加患者用药不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Shumai Jiangya decoction(舒脉降压汤)and western medicine on hypertension.Methods:100 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with telmisartan alone,the observation group was treated with the Shumai Jiangya decoction(舒脉降压汤)more.The blood pressure control effect,hypotensive effect,lipid-lowering effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups after 2 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of lipid lowering in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The Shumai Jiangya decoction(舒脉降压汤)and western medicine had good effect on hypertension.The effect of blood pressure control was good.The effect of lowering blood fat and reducing blood pressure was better than that of pure western medicine,and it would not increase the adverse drug reaction of the patients,and it was safe and reliable.
