疏肝健脾饮治疗慢性胃炎76例

Effective observation on treating 76 cases of chronic gastritis with the Shugan Jianpi decoction

目的:观察和分析疏肝健脾饮治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院中医内科门诊自2015年10月-2016年10月收治的152例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组76例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用疏肝健脾饮治疗,对比两组患者治疗的总有效率、治疗期间不良反应发生率及停药后病症复发率。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,研究组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率及停药后病症复发率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在76例研究组患者中,47例服用1个疗程临床症状明显减轻,29例服用2个疗程自感病情明显好转,一般需服药3~4个疗程。76例临床痊愈58例,好转16例,总有效率100%。结论:对慢性胃炎患者采用疏肝健脾饮治疗,不仅能有效提高患者疾病的治愈率和降低其停药后并发症的复发率,并且其对患者机体造成的不良反应较小,因此,其是一种安全、高效的中药治疗方案。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the Shugan Jianpi decoction(疏肝健脾饮)on chronic gastritis.Methods:152 cases of chronic gastritis admitted to and treated in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine outpatient department of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,76 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the research group was treated with the Shugan Jianpi decoction(疏肝健脾饮).The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and disease recurrence after drug withdrawal of two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of control group.The adverse reactions during treatment and the recurrence incidence after the drug withdrawal of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences of two groups were compared and were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 76 patients of the research group,the clinical symptoms of 47 cases were significantly relieved after taking a course medicine,self-induction condition of 29 cases improved obviously after taking two courses of treatment,generally patients needed to take the medicine for three to four courses of treatment.In 76 cases,58 cases were cured clinically,16 cases were improved,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The Shugan Jianpi decoction could effectively improve the cure rate and reduce its the recurrence rate of complications after discontinuation in treating chronic gastritis,it caused less side effects,therefore,it was a safe and effective treatment plan.
