自拟卵巢灌肠方联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating ovarian cyst with the self-made ovarian enema decoction plus Guizhi Fuling Wan

目的:观察自拟卵巢灌肠方联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:选取卵巢囊肿患者60例,随机分为对照组30例及观察组30例,对照组口服桂枝茯苓丸,观察组在对照组的基础上自拟卵巢灌肠方保留灌肠,治疗14 d,观测两组治疗前后临床疗效及囊肿直径变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组卵巢囊肿直径均小于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组囊肿直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究自拟卵巢灌肠方保留灌肠联合口服桂枝茯苓丸治疗卵巢囊肿患者,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made ovarian enema decoction plus Guizhi Fuling Wan(桂枝茯苓丸)on ovarian cyst.Methods:60 patients with ovarian cyst were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received Guizhi Fuling Wan(桂枝茯苓丸)while observation group received retention enema with self-made ovarian enema decoction based on the treatment of the control group.After 14 days treatment,observation was made on the efficacy and the diameter change of ovarian cyst in both groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 93.3%and 66.7%respectively,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of ovarian cyst in both group was smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05).And the diameter of ovarian cyst in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The retention enema with self-made ovarian enema decoction plus Guizhi Fuling Wan(桂枝茯苓丸)had significant efficacy on ovarian cyst,which was worthy of being promoted and applied clinically.
