针药结合运动疗法康复治疗冠心病的临床疗效及生活质量改善情况分析

Clinical effects of acupuncture with exercise therapy on coronary heart disease and improvement of quality of life

目的:针对冠心病患者采用针药结合运动疗法康复治疗后对临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:择取2013年6月-2017年6月在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者,将120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组经常规康复治疗,观察组经常规康复治疗联合采用蒋氏益气复脉针法联合中药辨证治疗,组方为:黄芪30 g,丹参、川芎、瓜蒌各15 g,降香10 g。1剂/d。两组共治疗12周。对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,并统计治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果:对照组和观察组的临床总有效率为70.00%和93.33%,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的体力、病情、心理情况、工作情况、医疗情况和一般生活评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后,两组患者的体力、病情、心理情况、工作情况、医疗情况和一般生活评分较治疗前均出现上升(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的体力、病情、心理情况、工作情况、医疗情况和一般生活评分较对照组上升更为明显(P<0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:针对冠心病患者采用针药结合运动疗法康复治疗后能有效地改善患者的临床疗效和生活质量,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture with exercise therapy on coronary heart disease and improvement of quality of life.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation,while the observation group received routine rehabilitation therapy,Jiangshi Yiqi Fumai acupuncture(蒋氏益气复脉针法)with Chinese medicine differentiation treatment.The prescription was:Astragalus 30g,salvia miltiorrhiza 15g,Chuanxiong(川芎)15g,trichosanthes 15g,Dalbergiae 10g,1 decoction per day.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared and the quality of life before and after treatment was statistically analyzed.Results:The clinical effectiveness in the control group and the observation group was 70.00%and 93.33%respectively,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference of physical illness,mental status,working condition,medical,and general life score in two groups was of no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,patients’physical illness,mental status,working condition,medical,and general life score were increased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease,acupuncture with exercise therapy could effectively improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,and it was worth promoting and implementing in clinical practice.
