益气导滞汤对脊柱骨折脱位术后患者临床疗效

Clinical effects of Yiqi Daozhi Decoction on patients with spinal fracture dislocation

目的:观察益气导滞汤对脊柱骨折脱位术后患者临床疗效。方法:对我院2016年10月-2017年10月接收的118例脊柱骨折脱位手术患者资料加以探究,随机分成两组,每组59例;对照组行常规治疗,试验组行益气导滞汤治疗,比对两组治疗前后中医证候积分与VAS评分变化情况。结果:试验组治疗后中医证候积分(7.36±1.45)分与VAS评分(1.75±0.84)分均显著低于对照组的(10.53±1.28)分和(3.20±0.52)分,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱骨折脱位实施益气导滞汤治疗,可有效改善患者术后腹部胀痛、便秘等症状,并减轻其疼痛感,可被临床推广、应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Daozhi Decoction(益气导滞汤)on patients with spinal fracture and dislocation.Methods:A total of 118 patients with spinal fracture and dislocation treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups(n=59).The control group received conventional therapy and the experimental group received Yiqi Daozhi Decoction(益气导滞汤).TCM symptom score and VAS score changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The TCM symptom score(7.36±1.45)and the VAS score(1.75±0.84)in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than(10.53±1.28)and(3.20±0.52)in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Daozhi Decoction(益气导滞汤)could effectively relieve the postoperative abdominal pain,constipation and other symptoms,reduce the pain,which could be clinically promoted and applied.
