中医综合疗法治疗下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀的临床效果分析

Clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine on swollen limbs in the later period of lower limb fracture

目的:分析研究中医综合疗法治疗下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀的临床效果。方法:将我院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的80例下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀的患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与研究组,每组40例,对照组采用西医治疗方法,研究组采用中医综合疗法,两组患者均治疗3周,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率以及治疗前后肿胀评分。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率100%,明显优于对照组87.5%,且研究组患者的肿胀评分明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法对下肢骨折后期患肢肿胀的患者有显著的治疗效果,应在临床中广泛推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on limb swelling in the later stage of lower limb fracture.Methods:80 cases of patients with swollen limbs in the later period of lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into the control group and the study group by using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine;and the study group received integrated TCM therapy;two groups of patients were treated for 3 weeks.The effective rate of two groups of patients before and after treatment was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was significantly better than 87.5%of the control group;and the swelling score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of TCM had a significant therapeutic effect on limb swelling in the late stage of lower extremity fracture,and it should be widely used in clinical practice.
