活血止痛汤在骨折术后患者中的应用及效果观察

The application and effect of the Huoxue Zhitong decoction in patients after fracture operation

目的:对活血止痛汤在骨折术后患者中的应用效果进行分析和讨论。方法:本次62例研究对象均为我院2016年12月-2017年11月接收的骨折术后患者,根据治疗方法将其平均分为两组,将接受术后常规治疗的31例患者纳入到对照组中,将接受活血止痛汤治疗的31例患者纳入到研究组中,对两组患者治疗效果以及各项指标进行分析。结果:在对照组中,治疗显效、有效以及无效的患者分别有14例、9例和8例,治疗总有效率为74.19%,在研究组中,治疗显效、有效以及无效的患者分别有17例、12例和2例,治疗总有效率为93.33%,研究组显著高于对照组,差异统计学存在意义(P<0.05);在住院时间以及消肿止痛时间方面,对照组分别是(9.56±1.45)d和(3.78±1.85)d,研究组分别是(4.16±1.23)d和(1.45±0.15)d,研究组均显著优于对照组,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:将活血止痛汤应用于骨折患者术后治疗之中,不仅可以提高患者治疗效果,同时也能够缩短住院时间和消肿止痛时间,改善患者身体状况,促进患者日常生活质量的提升,值得广泛应用和推广。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of the Huoxue Zhitong decoction(活血止痛汤)in the patients after fracture operation.Methods:62 cases treated in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the treatment method.31 cases in the control group received postoperative conventional therapy,31 cases in the study group received the Huoxue Zhitong decoction.The treatment and related indexes in two groups were analyzed.Results:The total treatment efficiency in the control group was 74.19%(there were 14 significantly effective cases,9 effective cases and 8 ineffective cases respectively.)and that in the study group was 93.33%(there were 17 significantly effective cases,12 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases respectively).Those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significance(P<0.05);the time of hospitalization and Xiaozhong Zhitong time in the study group(4.16±1.23 and 1.45±0.15 respectively)was significantly better than the control group(9.56±1.45 and 3.78±1.85 respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Zhitong decoction(活血止痛汤)should be applied in the treatment of fracture patients.It could not only improve the therapeutic effect of patients,but also shorten the time of hospitalization and the time of swelling and pain relief,which was worthy of wide application and promotion.
