氧化低密度脂蛋白可影响内皮祖细胞的功能:如何提高其数量和功能? 被引量:3

摘要 背景:动脉粥样硬化病变中的各种危险因素与内皮祖细胞的数量和功能密切相关,因此内皮祖细胞在动脉粥样硬化病变的整个发生发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,内皮祖细胞数量和功能的提高可能是动脉粥样硬化治疗的重要靶点。目的:综述国内外文献,就氧化低密度脂蛋白对内皮祖细胞功能的影响予以阐述。方法:以"oxidized low-density lipoprotein,endothelial progenitor cells,atherosclerosis"为英文检索词检索PubMed数据库,以"氧化低密度脂蛋白,内皮祖细胞,动脉粥样硬化"为检索词检索中文期刊数据库,对42篇文献进行分析。结果与结论:研究表明,氧化低密度脂蛋白是一种重要的可导致动脉粥样硬化的脂蛋白,可诱导血管内皮细胞损伤造成内皮功能障碍,同时影响泡沫细胞的形成以及斑块的稳定性。氧化低密度脂蛋白对内皮祖细胞的功能如增殖、迁移、黏附、成血管等也均具有损伤作用,从而降低了内皮祖细胞对血管损伤的修复作用。因此,如何提高动脉粥样硬化患者内皮祖细胞数量和功能是早期治疗的重要靶点。 BACKGROUND:Various risk factors in atherosclerosis are closely related to the number and functions of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs).Therefore,EPCs play an important role in the development of atherosclerosis,and increasing the number and functions of endothelial progenitor cells may be an important target for the treatment of atherosclerosis.OBJECTIVE:To elaborate the effect of oxidized low-density lipoprotein on EPCs functions.METHODS:PubMed and Chinese journal databases were searched by using“oxidized low-density lipoprotein,endothelial progenitor cells,atherosclerosis”as the search terms in English and Chinese,respectively.Finally,42 articles were further analyzed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Oxidized low-density lipoprotein,an important lipoprotein that induces atherosclerosis,can impair vascular endothelial cells to induce endothelial dysfunction,and contributes to foam cell formation and plaque stability.Oxidized low-density lipoprotein can damage the functions of EPCs,such as proliferation,migration,adhesion,angiogenesis,which reduces the effect of EPCs on vascular repair.Therefore,how to improve the number and functions of EPCs in atherosclerotic patients is an important target for the treatment of early atherosclerosis.
