建设世界一流大学亟待处理好四重关系——基于三大世界大学排行榜的视角

文章通过对世界一流大学关键特征和中国大学在ARWU、QS、THE三大排行榜中的排名及其特点进行分析发现,在世界一流大学排名趋势下主要存在四对关系范畴,即科研论文产出与科技成果转化、人才培养目标与本科教育质量、欧美标准体系与中国特色文化、重点建设高校与高等教育系统。中国大力推动世界一流大学建设亟待对接国家战略需要,优化科研评价体系;注重人才培养质量,加强本科教育建设;衔接欧美指标体系,构建中国特色标准;搭建多元扶持体系,促进协同共建发展。

Based on an analysis of the characteristics of world-class universities and the performance Chinese universities in the rankings of ARWU,QS and T H E,this paper found out four relation categories:performance of scientific research papers and transformation of scientific research achievements;talent training objectives and quality of undergraduate education;European and American standard systems and Chinese characteristic culture;key universities and higher education system.China vigorously promotes the construction of world-class universities in urgent need strategic demands,and optimizing scientitic research evaluation systems;emphasizing the quaiity of personnel training,and strengthening undergraduate education;linking European and American index systems,and establishing standards with Chinese characteristics;and building a multi-dimensional support system to promote synergy and joint development.
