摘要
随着知识的综合化与整体化发展,多种类型的跨学科组织在大学应运而生,这导致学科单元重组与多元学科矩阵的形成,大学组织整体上呈现出"扁平化"的发展态势。处于改革前沿的大学积极应对变革,在实践中探索发展了"自下而上"、"自上而下"和"由内而外"的三种跨学科组织运行策略。文章基于这些探索实践,从组织设计、组织运行和管理机制三个方面提出了大学跨学科发展的多元融合、有机衔接和权力均衡的基本原则。
With the trend of knowledge integration,various types of interdisciplinary organizations have emerged in the university,leading to the reorganization of disciplinary units and the formation of multidisciplinary matrices,thus the university is increasingly becoming a kind of flattening organization.Universities at the forefront of the innovation have actively developed three interdisciplinary organizations7 operating strategies as"bottom-up","top-down"and"inside-out"in practice.Based on these exploration practices,this paper presents the basic principles of multi-fusion,organic convergence and power balance of interdisciplinary development in universities from the aspects of organization design,organization operation and management mechanism.
