基于随机前沿分析理论的行业特色型大学科研效率评价研究

Study on the evaluation of scientific research efficiency of universities with industry features based on the stochastic frontier analysis theory

当前,大学已经成为我国国家科技创新队伍中的主力,如何对大学科研效率进行科学的评价和分析正在逐渐成为科研管理方面的重点。文章针对行业特色型大学这一特殊的高校群体,首先在综述不同评价方法特点的基础上,运用随机前沿分析理论来构建评价模型;随后使用2007—2016年的《中国统计年鉴》和《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》的数据,对我国18所行业特色型大学的科研效率进行评价,并综合分析影响科研效率的内外部因素;最后提出合理配置科研资源、提高科研效率的路径和方法。

At present,the university has become themain force in the national scientiic and technological innovation team,and how to scientitically evaluate and analyze the scientitic research efticiency of universities is becoming the focus of scientitic research management.This paper selects universities with industry features as the research object.Firstly,based on the characteristics of different methods,this paper uses the stochastic frontier analysis theory to construct the evaluation Then,this paper uses the data of China Statistical Yearbook and Compilation o f Scientific and Technological Statisticc o f Highrr Education Institutions from 2007 to 2016 to evaluate the scientific research efticiency of 18 universities with industry features,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the internal and external factors that affect the scientitic research efticiency.the path and method of rationally allocating scientific research resources efficiency.
