热脱附设备国产化研制分析

ANALYSIS ON THE LOCALIZATION OF THERMAL DESORPTION EQUIPMENT

基于热脱附技术原理,介绍了热脱附设备的预处理单元、热脱附单元、馏分冷凝单元、供料单元、排料单元、气体净化单元和控制单元的功能和关键指标,分析了热脱附设备国产化研制中的必要性和难点,指出了热脱附技术在国内固废处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Based on the principles of thermal desorption technology,this paper introduces the functions and key indicators of thermal desorption equipment,pretreatment unit,thermal desorption unit,fraction condensing unit,feeding unit,discharge unit,gas purification unit,control unit and so on.It analyzes the necessity and difficulties in the localization of desorption equipment.Then the paper indicates that the thermal desorption technology has broad application prospects in the field of solid waste treatment in China.
