摘要
经济活动产生的数据达到一定规模后具有了大数据特征,成为一种具有潜在价值的资产;同样,数字档案在量与结构上的扩张使其也具有了一定的大数据特征。然而,资产化的数据与数字化的档案数据在逻辑起点、价值形态、应用模式等方面具有较大不同。当前的大数据技术生态环境大都基于经济领域辅助决策,而档案的社会属性与价值决定了数字档案大数据并非完全适应这种技术环境,在"大数据"利用方面有其自身的局限性,同时也有其特定的利用优势。文章系统分析了数字档案的数据特征,辨析了档案数据与资产化大数据的区别,提出了适合数字化档案数据特点的利用模式。
When the data produced by economic activities reach a certain scale,they have the characteristics of big data and become assets with potential value.Similarly,the expansion of amount and structure of digital archives also brings characteristics of big data.However,the data as asset and data in digitized archives are quite different in logical starting point,value form,application mode and so on.The current ecological environment of big data technology is mostly based on assistant decision-making in the economic field,while the social attributes and values of archives determine that big data of digital archives do not fully adapt to the technical environment.Thus,the use of big data has its own limitations as well as specific advantages.This paper analyzes the data characteristics of digital archives,discusses the difference between the archival data and data as asset,and puts forward the utilization mode which is suitable for the characteristics of digital archives data.
