大数据时代高校档案资源管理的思考

近年来,我国高校教育改革步伐逐步加快,各类档案数量日益增多,为其收集、整理、保管和检索工作带来了巨大考验。在大数据时代下,高校档案资源管理工作也出现了新的变化,任务变得更重。通过对大数据时代下高校档案资源管理特点的研究,分析了其中存在的问题,提出了具体可操作的策略,改进档案管理方法,将各种现代化技术手段应用起来,保证档案资源的管理工作顺利进行。

In recent years,the pace of educational reform in Chinese colleges and universities has been accelerated,and the number of all kinds of archives is increasing,which has brought great challenges to its collection,collation,storage and retrieval.In the era of big data,new changes have been made in the management of archives resources in colleges and universities,and the tasks have become heavier.Through the research on the characteristics of archives management in colleges and universities in the era of big data,the existing problems are analyzed,specific operational strategies are put forward to improve the archives management method,utilize modern technology,and ensure smooth archives resources management.
