Study on the Quality Problems and Control Measures of Master's Degree Archives in Universities

文章梳理了高校研究生学位档案中存在的质量问题,研究提出了控制研究生学位档案质量的措施与策略:在高校内部建立起良好的工作机制和制度,制定明确、严格的研究生学位档案质量标准和工作规范,建立起工作奖惩制度,明确归档工作的时效要求,把控好工作前端、中端和后端三个环节的工作质量关。

The article analyzes the quality problems existing in the master’s degree archives in universities,and puts forward some measures and strategies for the quality control:establishing a good working mechanism and system in universities,making clear and rigorous quality standards and work regulations in master’s degree archives,establishing a system of rewards and penalties,clarifying the aging requirements of filing,and ensuring the quality control before,during and after work.
