“题本”研究述评

Research Review on "Ti Ben"

"题本"是明清时期一种重要的上行公文,相对于其他公文文种,其研究相对薄弱,文章首次对"题本"的研究现状进行了整理归纳。对"题本"的研究多为以记述的案件为中心来看社会百态,或把题本作为历史学、社会学、法学等研究问题的佐证。《清嘉庆朝刑科题本社会史料辑刊》面世后,以此为中心的研究成果显著增加,但全面系统的研究体系仍有待建立。

"Ti Ben"is a kind of important upward official document in Ming and Qing dynasty.Compared with other official documents,the study of"Ti Ben"is relatively weak.For the first time,the article summarizes the research status of"Ti Ben".Most of the researches mainly focus on the social conditions centering on the cases described in Ti Ben or regard Ti Ben as assistant evidence of topics in history,sociology and law.After"the Social Historical Materials of Criminal Ti Ben During Jiaqing of Qing Dynasty"was published,the research on this significantly increased.However,a systematic and comprehensive research system still needs to be established.
