摘要
在云计算、物联网等大技术背景下,档案馆正在经历从数字档案馆到智慧档案馆的跨越。高校档案是高校重要的原始信息,加强高校档案馆智慧化建设是顺应高校发展的客观要求。文章从三个部分探讨了高校智慧档案馆的发展:首先,在一些学者研究的基础上,给出了自己对于智慧档案馆的定义及特点;其次,分别从体系设计的必要性、设计原则以及设计思路三个部分阐述整体建设思路;最后,总结了目前为止高校智慧档案馆建设面临的问题和对策。
Under the background of cloud computing and Internet of Things,archives are undergoing a leap from digital archives to smart archives.The university archives are important original information about the university,and the emphasis on construction of smart archives is the objective demand of university development.This article discusses the development of smart archives in universities from three parts.First of all,the definition and features of smart archives are given on the basis of some scholars’research.Next,the overall construction thought is illustrated from perspective of necessity,design principles and design thinking.At last,the problems in the university smart archives construction and their countermeasures are summarized.
