新媒体环境下公共图书馆微服务案例分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Public Library Micro-service Cases Under the New Media Environment

随着移动信息技术的发展和日益普及,公共图书馆积极尝试使用新媒体技术来推广图书馆服务,在各种"微服务"不断推陈出新并被公共图书馆广泛运用的实践过程中,涌现出了许多行之有效的微服务案例。本文选取了五家公共图书馆的优秀案例,对其进行分析研究,总结成功经验,提出创新思考,供图书馆界同仁们参考借鉴,以期挖掘新颖有效的新媒体服务手段,应用到图书馆读者服务中去。

With the development and growing popularity of mobile information technology,public libraries are actively trying to use new media technology to promote library service.In the practice of constantly innovating and widely using micro-service by public libraries,a number of effective micro-service cases emerge.This paper selects five outstanding cases of public libraries to analyze and study,to summarize successful experience,and to put forward innovation thinking for other libraries to refer to,in hope of exploring new effective new media service means to be applied to the library reader service.
