人居环境科学下的城市旧小区环境问题研究——以昆明市春苑小区为例

RESEARCH ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS OF URBAN OLD RESIDENTI AL AREAS UNDER SCIENCES OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS:A CASE STUDY OF CHUNYUAN COMMUNITY IN KUNMING

随着中国城市化进程的加快,越来越多的人生活在城市中,而城市居住小区作为城市居民的主要聚居地,承载着人们对物质与精神的双重需求。面对我国城市居住小区出现的诸多问题,本文在人居环境科学的视野下对昆明市春苑小区进行研究,分析了该旧小区内出现的各种问题并提出了一系列改进措施,希望为今后城市居住小区人居环境的营造提供帮助。

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,more and more people are living in cities,and urban residential communities,as main settlements of urban residents,carry people's dual demands for the material and spirit.In the face of many problems in China's urban residential communities,through the research on Chunyuan Community in Kunming from the perspective of sciences of human settlements,this paper analyzes various problems in old communities and proposes a series of improvement measures with a view to helpingthe construction of human settlements in urban residential communities.
