摘要
城市的快速发展带来一系列城市环境问题,包括城市气候环境的改变,特别是导致城市热岛效应加剧。然而城市规划与发展中对城市气候信息的应用非常有限,主要原因之一就是城市发展与其对城市气候的影响之间缺乏联系。局地气候分区理论的提出弥补了这一不足,通过对城市形态的物理特征建立标准化和定量的描述方法,重新定义了城市热岛。世界城市数据库和访问门户工具(World Urban Database and Access Portal Tools,WUDAPT)提供了一种收集城市形态信息以创建局地气候分区地图的简便方法。本文以成都市为例,初步构建局地气候分区地图,探讨其规划应用的可能性,为气候敏感性城市规划提供依据和参考。
The rapid development of cities has brought about a series of urban environmental problems,including the change of urban climate environment,especially the aggravation of urban heat island effect.However,the application of urban climate information in urban planning and development is very limited.One of the main reasons is the lack of connection between urban development and its impact on urban climate.The proposal of the local climate zoning theory has made up for this weakness.In this theory,the urban heat island is redefined through the establishment of a standardized and quantitative description method for physical characteristics of urban morphology.The World Urban Database and Access Portal Tools(WUDAPT)provides a simple way to collect urban morphology information to create local climate zoning maps.Taking Chengdu as an example,this paper preliminarily constructs a local climate zoning map and explores the possibility of its planning application,thereby providing a basis and reference for climate-sensitive urban planning.
