对培育云南特色小镇之路的探讨与研究

中央在第十三个五年规划建议中明确提出"加快培育特色小城镇建设",全国掀起一股建设特色小镇的热潮。与此同时,云南省政府为认真贯彻落实加快推进全省特色小镇进度,公布了105个特色小镇名单。但云南省各地经济发展水平参差不齐,有些地区在特色小镇建设方面尚需面对诸多困难与挑战。如何因地制宜、合理规划,不盲目跟随建设热潮,提出相应解决对策,找到一条适合自身小镇发展的道路,培育具有云南特色的小镇,是如今应当冷静思考的首要任务。

Since the Central Committee explicitly stated“accelerating the construction of characteristic small towns”in the 13th Five-Year Plan proposal,an craze for building characteristic towns has been set off.At the same time,the Yunnan Provincial Government has announced a list of 105 characteristic towns to conscientiously implement and accelerate the progress of promoting characteristic towns in the whole province.However,the levels of economic development in different regions of Yunnan Province are uneven,and some regions still face many difficulties and challenges in the construction of characteristic towns.Instead of blindly following the construction upsurge,to makereasonable planning in line with local conditions,put forward corresponding solutions and findwayssuited to own development to cultivate small towns with Yunnan characteristics are the most important tasks to be soberly considered nowadays.
