会展建筑复合化设计的发展趋势、设计原则及策略探究

EXPLORATION ON DEVELOPMENT TRENDS,DESIGN PRINCIPLES AND STRATEGIES FOR COMPOSITE DESIGNS OF CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION BUILDINGS

为带动地方经济的发展,越来越多的会展建筑被设计、建造,但其产生的社会、经济效益与投资成本之间愈发呈现不匹配的趋势,这主要是因为此类会展建筑存在建设模式单一、功能不合,因此复合化设计成为该类型建筑的研究趋势。本文对会展建筑复合化设计的现状及趋势进行探究,总结出具备实操性的设计原则策略,以期提高会展建筑的利用率与经济效益。

Driving the development of local economies makes growing convention and exhibition buildings to be designed and built,while there are increasing mismatches created among the social,economic benefits generated and investment costs.The main reason are,for such convention and exhibition buildings,the building modes are single with functional incompatibilities,which makes the composite designs turn the research trend for this type of buildings.This paper discusses the current status and trends of composite designs of convention and exhibition buildings,and summarizes the strategies of design principles with practical essence,in order to advance the utilization ratio and economic benefits for convention and exhibition buildings.
