水性涂料废渣利用及废水废气处理技术

在涂装方法中,喷涂是目前应用最广的涂装方式,但是这种方式的效率差别比较大,而且很容易产生一些废料。文章主要对水性涂料的废渣利用及废水、废气的处理技术进行探讨,提出了应该依据产生的废物特点,选择合适的处理方法,用以助力涂装行业环保节能工作的持续发展,希望对广大同行提供一定的参考。

in the coating method,spraying is the most widely used coating method at present,but the efficiency of this method is very different,and it is easy to produce some waste.This paper mainly discusses the waste residue utilization of water-based coatings and the treatment technology of waste water and waste gas,and puts forward that the suitable treatment methods should be selected according to the characteristics of the waste produced,so as to help the sustainable development of environmental protection and energy saving work in the industry,and hope to provide a reference for the majority of the colleagues.
