摘要
油气管道的腐蚀与防护一直是油气集输开采行业长期以来需要解决的问题,管道的腐蚀检测和腐蚀分析,对油气开采安全具有重要的意义。三维光学扫描技术可实现物体的非接触测量,也能实现从实际物体到几何模型的逆向转换,具有测量精度高、测量速度快等特点。探索了三维光学扫描技术应用于天然气集气站工艺管道腐蚀形貌检测和数据处理的可行性。结果表明,管道腐蚀检测可以获得直观精确的腐蚀形貌信息,通过数据处理,得到的结果也可为管道剩余强度计算提供更为科学的数据支持。
Corrosion and protection of oil and gas pipelines have long been a problem that needs to be solved in the oil and gas gathering and gas mining industry.Corrosion detection and corrosion analysis of pipelines are of great significance to the safety of oil and gas mining.The three-dimensional optical scanning technology can realize the non-contact measurement of the object,and can also realize the reverse transformation from the actual object to the geometric model.It has the characteristics of high measurement precision and fast measuring speed.The feasibility of 3D optical scanning technology applied in gas pipeline corrosion detection and data processing is discussed.The results show that the pipeline corrosion detection can obtain the intuitionistic and accurate information of corrosion morphology.Through data processing,the results can also provide more scientific data support for the calculation of the residual strength of the pipeline.
