摘要
通过对火气系统(FGS)系统研究概述,结合某液化天然气有限公司FGS系统实际应用情况,对比相关装置安全特点,充分评估该系统应用的可行性。研究得出:天然气净化装置工艺流程复杂,产品危险性大必须依靠智能化先进方案进行软硬件结合,形成立体化防护网,达到自动预警、消防联动、智能指挥、实操演练等目的;FGS火气系统采用全新的技术和设计理念与传统的DCS、SIS系统相比可用性更强,兼容性好且更为稳定。能在管理上真正做到检测、传输、显示、报警、消防启动几乎在同一时间完成,应用前景广阔。
This paper comprehensively evaluates the feasibility of the application of the fire gas system(FGS)system,combined with the actual application of a certain LNG system,and compares the safety characteristics of the relevant equipment.Through research,it is concluded that the process of natural gas purification equipment is complex,and the risk of products must rely on intelligent advanced schemes to combine software and hardware to form a three-dimensional protection network to achieve automatic warning,fire linkage,intelligent command,practical exercises,etc.;FGS The fire gas system uses new technologies and design concepts to be more usable,compatible and more stable than traditional DCS and SIS systems.It can truly detect,transmit,display,alarm,and fire start at the same time in management,and the application prospect is very broad.
