摘要
通过对比第八套气化炉与前七套气化炉停车过程中工艺参数变化,发现8#气化炉停车过程中存在煤浆给料泵出口压力低于气化炉压力的现象,从多方面分析原因,最终通过优化8#气化炉停车安全联锁顺控,彻底解决高压煤浆泵出口压力低于气化炉压力的问题,保证气化炉停车安全。经过一年的开停车实践证明,8#气化炉停车安全联锁优化后比原设计更安全、更合理。
In this paper,by comparing the 8 sets of gasifier and parking in the first seven sets of gasifier process parameters in the process of change,find 8#parking exist in the process of coal slurry gasifier feed pump outlet pressure is lower than the gasifier pressure phenomena,analysis the reason,from several aspects in the end by optimizing the 8#gasifier parking safety interlocking sequence control,completely solve the high-pressure coal slurry pump outlet pressure is lower than the gasifier pressure problems,ensure the safety of the gasifier parking.After a year of practice,it is proved that the optimization of the parking safety interlock is safer and more reasonable than the original design
