由于化工工艺的差别需求,成套设备的种类功能较为繁杂。同时具有辅助设备的独立性,在化工生产中不是关键装置,从而在电仪管理维护工作中长期被忽视。从采购、调试、使用维护三个方面介绍了化工成套设备的使用与管理,希望可以给化工生产电仪管理人员的维保工作提供相关技术指导或建议,从而降低由于成套设备保养不当而导致的化工系统故障率,保证化工设备安全、稳定地运行。

Due to the different requirements of chemical processes,the functions of complete sets of equipment are rather complicated.At the same time,it has the independence of auxiliary equipment,which is not the key equipment in chemical production,so it has been neglected for a long time in the management and maintenance of electrical apparatus.This paper introduces the use and management of chemical complete equipment from three aspects of procurement,debugging and maintenance.It is hoped that it can provide technical guidance or suggestion to the maintenance work of the chemical production electric manager,thus reducing the failure rate of chemical system caused by improper maintenance of complete set of equipment and ensuring the safety of chemical equipment.Run steadily.
