摘要
冷箱水合物冻堵是低温脱烃工艺常见的问题,常规处理办法是甲醇解冻,甲醇解冻无效可采取热吹解冻。分析了冷箱冻堵的原因,提出预防和解冻措施,重点介绍了装置热吹扫的方法和经验。在冷箱A物流压差增大的情况下进行热吹扫,能够较长时间的保持气体处理装置的平稳运行。
Cold box hydrate freeze plugging is a common problem in low temperature dehydrogenation process.The conventional treatment method is methanol thawing,and methanol thawing can be taken by hot blow thawing.The causes of cold block freezing were analyzed,and prevention and thawing measures were proposed.The method and experience of hot purge of the device were introduced.The hot purge is performed in the case where the pressure difference of the cold box A is increased,and the smooth operation of the gas treatment apparatus can be maintained for a long time
