冷箱水合物冻堵是低温脱烃工艺常见的问题,常规处理办法是甲醇解冻,甲醇解冻无效可采取热吹解冻。分析了冷箱冻堵的原因,提出预防和解冻措施,重点介绍了装置热吹扫的方法和经验。在冷箱A物流压差增大的情况下进行热吹扫,能够较长时间的保持气体处理装置的平稳运行。
