高校大型科研仪器共享的现状分析与平台构建模式探究

Analysis on the Status Quo of the Sharing of Large Scientific Research Instruments in Universities and the Model of Platform Construction

对高校大型仪器共享过程中出现的问题进行系统地分析并提出了一些解决方案,对今后构建大型科研仪器共享平台的模式进行了初步的探究。通过构建新型的大型科研仪器共享模式,如加强实验技术人员队伍建设、提高大型仪器的管理、使用、维修和维护程序的规范性、对高校现有大型科研仪器进行系统化管理、实验技术人员评价体系的构建和大力加强校企合作力度等途径,来解决大型科研仪器平台构建过程中存在的问题,来确保科研仪器效能的充分发挥,真正的落实高校的社会服务这一职能。

This paper systematically analyzes the problems arising in the process of large-scale instrument sharing in colleges and universities and proposes some solutions.It also conducts a preliminary exploration of the model for building a large-scale scientific instrument sharing platform in the future.By constructing a new type of large-scale scientific research instrument sharing model,such as strengthening the construction of experimental technicians,improving the standardization of management,use,maintenance and maintenance procedures for large-scale instruments,systematic management of existing large-scale scientific research instruments in universities,and evaluation of experimental technicians.The construction of the system and the efforts to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to solve the problems existing in the construction process of largescale scientific instrument platform,to ensure the full play of the effectiveness of scientific research instruments,and truly implement the social service function of colleges and universities
