摘要
为探索江西烟区适宜的施氮量和种植密度,为优化烟叶生产技术提供依据,采用随机区组试验设计研究施氮量与株距互作对云烟87生长及产质量的影响。结果表明,第10叶位和第16叶位的叶面积、干质量、质体色素及含氮化合物含量随株距和施氮量增大呈增大趋势。施氮量显著影响烟叶产量、均价、上等烟比例,株距则显著影响产值。施氮量与株距互作对叶面积和经济性状影响均不显著。施氮量142.5 kg/hm^2、株距0.45 m或施氮量127.5 kg/hm^2、株距0.55 m2种技术模式下,烤后烟叶的产值、评吸质量较好,内在化学成分较协调。
In order to explore the appropriate planting density and nitrogen application rate and to provide scientific basis for improving tobacco production technology,randomized block experiment design was introduced to study the effects of interaction between nitrogen application and planting spacing on growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the leaf area,leaf dry weight,content of plastid pigment and nitrogenous substances in the 10th and 16th leaves increased with the increase of planting spacing and nitrogen application.Nitrogen application influenced yield,equal price and ratio of first grade leaves significantly,and the production value was affected by planting spacing significantly.Interaction between nitrogen application rate and planting spacing did not significantly influence leaf area and economic traits.The production value,sensory quality and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco were the best under the technology modes of N127.5-0.55 and N142.5-0.45.
