基于固相微萃取技术探究花叶艳山姜的挥发性成分及变化规律 被引量:3

Components and Variations of Volatile Organic Compounds Released from Alpinia zerumbet cv.Variegata Based on the Method of Solid-phase Microextraction

摘要 为探究花叶艳山姜叶片和花瓣释放挥发性有机物的成分及变化规律,采用顶空-固相微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对花叶艳山姜叶片不同季节释放的挥发性有机物和其花瓣中释放的挥发性有机物成分进行采集,分析叶片和花瓣中挥发性有机物的主要成分、相对含量及叶片在不同时期挥发性有机成分的差异。结果表明:随着季节的变化,花叶艳山姜叶片释放的挥发性有机物成分的种类和相对含量不同;6月份达到最多,为22种,3月份检测到的种类最少,仅为6月份的二分之一。在6月份的日变化检测中,挥发物种类在12:00达到高峰,其中以萜烯类和醇类化合物为主。花叶艳山姜花瓣所含的挥发性有机物种类要明显多于叶片,且挥发物中大部分物质的相对含量均高于叶片。花叶艳山姜挥发性有机物的主要成分为(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、莰烯、右旋樟脑、桉树醇等,它们大部分具有保健和药用功效。因此,花叶艳山姜是营造生态型、保健型芳香植物景观的优良材料。 The leaves and flowers of Alpinia zerumbet cv.Variegata were used as materials to investigate the components,relative contents and releasing dynamics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)by using the methods of headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the components and relative contents of VOCs released from leaves changed with seasons.The VOCs were released from leaves,peaked in June,were twenty-two,while the VOCs reduced to minimum in March,only half of the VOCs in June.The leaves released the most components of VOCs at twelve o’clock in one day,the major compounds of which were terpenes and alcohols.The components and relative contents of the majority released form flowers were distinctly more than those from leaves.The major components of VOCs from A.zerumbet cv.Variegata,including 1R-α-Pinene,β-Myrcene,Bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane,2,2-dimethyl-3-methylene-,(1S)-,Bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one,1,7,7-trimethyl-,(1R)-and Eucalyptol,had officinal and health care effects.For these reasons,A.zerumbet cv.Variegata is an admirable ornamental plant for building plant landscape which is ecological,healthy and aromatic.
