摘要
近年来,随着分子影像学的迅速发展,超声医学也由传统的影像诊断步入分子水平的诊疗一体化模式。超声造影剂是实现超声诊疗一体化的核心,现阶段对超声造影剂的研究也由微米级微泡发展到纳米粒。靶向纳米粒超声造影剂不仅能显示肿瘤内部情况,同时还能利用纳米粒自身属性携带药物或者基因,用于肿瘤的治疗。本文就靶向纳米粒超声造影剂的最新研究进展做一综述。
In recent years,with the rapid development of molecular imaging,ultrasonic medicine has moved from traditional image diagnosis to an integrated mode of diagnosis and treatment at the molecular level.Ultrasonic contrast agents are the core of realizing the integration of ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment.Targeted nanoparticles can not only display the internal conditions of the tumor,but also carry drugs or genes for the treatment of the tumor,due to the properties of nanoparticles themselves.This paper reviews the latest research progress of using targeted nanoparticles as ultrasound contrast agents.
