刷状结构聚苯胺用于SEGFET-pH敏感膜的研究

摘要 为提高栅极硅晶片与聚合物敏感膜间粘附力,采用表面接枝聚合法,利用γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)修饰羟基化的硅晶片,将聚苯胺(PANI)以化学键的方式偶联在修饰后的Si-APTES表面,形成平面型刷状结构Si-APTES-PANI。同时设计了基于SEGFET-p H传感器装置,将制备的刷状结构PANI用于分离式扩展栅上的p H敏感膜,结果表明:PANI在p H 1~8范围内具有良好的能斯特响应,灵敏度达58.1 m V/p H,相关系数达到0.99,在p H=7条件下响应时间缩短至2.5 min左右。该p H敏感膜灵敏度高、稳定性好、机械性能好,可用于p H传感器和基于FET的生物传感器。 In order to improve the adhesion force between the gate silicon wafers and polymer sensitive membrane,in which(3?aminopropyl)triethoxysilane(APTES)was used as coupling agent to modify the hydroxylated silicon wafers,polyaniline(PA?NI)was synthesized on the modified surface of Si-APTES with a chemical bond,forming a planar brush structure Si-APTES-PA?NI.At the same time,the design of sensor device based on SEGFET-pH,and the brush structure PANI was used for the separation of extended pH sensitive film on the gate.The results showed that PANI in pH 1~8 range with good Nernst response,sensitivity of 58.1 mV/pH,the correlation coefficient was 0.99,the response time under the condition of pH=7 was shortened to about 2.5 min.Because of its high sensitivity,good stability and good mechanical properties,the pH sensitive membrane can be used in pH sen?sors and FET based biosensors.
