摘要
文中设计了基于STM32嵌入式处理器和LoRa扩频通信收发器的无线电液遥控系统,可实现工程钻机机器人无线遥控、实时状态监测、动作精准控制等功能。搭建实验平台对无线通信效果和整机遥控进行测试,经实测系统可在远程无线通信距离下实现对工程钻机机器人各个动作的有效控制,对于提高工程钻机机器人工作效率和控制精度具有参考价值。
A wireless electro?hydraulic control system based on STM32 embedded processor and LoRa spread spectrum com?munication transceiver is designed,which can realize the engineering drilling rig robots’functions of wireless remote control,re?al?time status monitor,precision control,etc.The experimental platform of engineering drilling rig robots wireless remote control system is set up,the test results display that the wireless remote electro?hydraulic remote control system can realize the effective control of the engineering drilling rigs in the remote wireless communication distance.In this paper,the wireless remote electro?hydraulic control system of engineering drilling rig robotsare of reference value for improving the working efficiency and control precision of engineering drilling rig robots.
