摘要
文中设计了一种基于无线网络的齿轮箱温度监测系统。该系统以嵌入式微处理器STM32和温度传感器DS18B20为核心进行温度检测,以SI1000射频芯片构成的无线传输模块进行470 MHz无线射频自组网通信,来实现对多个齿轮箱的实时温度监测、显示和存储。试验数据表明,在传输距离600 m时,数据丢包率为0%,数据错误率为10%,跟传统监测方式相比,增大了测量的距离,使齿轮箱的温度监测更加方便快捷。
A temperature monitoring system based on WSN is designed.The system uses the embedded microprocessor STM32 and the temperature sensor DS18B20 as the core for temperature detection,and the wireless transmission module com?posed of the SI1000 RF chip carries out 470 MHz radio frequency self?organizing network communication to realize real?time tem?perature monitoring,display and store of multiple gear boxes.The experimental data show that the data loss rate is 0%and the data error rate is 10%when the transmission distance is 600 m.Compared with the traditional monitoring mode,the measured distance is increased,and the temperature monitoring of the gear box is more convenient.
