摘要
文中设计了一种基于ARM的高精度恒温控制系统。系统以ARM为开发平台,设计了恒流源控制电路、温度采集电路、A/D转换电路等。采用24位高精度ADC对Pt100温度传感器输出的信号进行采集,在单片机内部对数据进行处理计算,最后把计算结果通过RS232的方式发送到上位机显示。实验表明,该恒温控制系统测温范围在-40~400℃,测温精度可以达到0.01℃,系统具有能耗小、体积小、成本低、操作方便等优点。
A high?precision thermostatic control system based on ARM is designed in this paper.The system is designed with ARM as the development platform,designed constant current source control circuit,temperature acquisition circuit,A/D conversion circuit,etc.Using 24 high precision ADC Pt100 temperature sensor output signal acquisition,inside the single chip microcomputer to data processing has been done,and finally,the calculated results by means of RS232 is sent to PC display.Practical experiments show that the temperature control system of temperature measurement range in-40℃~400℃,temperature measurement precision can reach 0.01℃,the system has small power consumption,small volume,low cost,convenient operation,etc.
