摘要
根据风电机组运行的严酷环境对交流接触器寿命的影响,设计了一种基于Lab VIEW的振动条件下交流接触器电寿命试验系统。通过对接触器不同使用类别闭合分断条件的分析,设计了主回路与试验控制时序;在此基础上进行了相应的软件设计,操控PCI-1712多功能数据采集卡实现了对振动台和电寿命试验操作的同步控制,同时对试验参数进行读取、处理、显示和存储。该系统为在振动环境下进行交流接触器电寿命试验和可靠性分析提供了参考依据,对提高接触器的产品质量与开发水平具有参考意义。
According to the influence of the harsh environment of the wind turbine on the AC contactor life,an electric life test system of AC contactor under vibration condition based on LabVIEW is designed.Through the analysis of the closing and breaking conditions for different uses of contactor,the main loop and control sequence are designed.On this basis,the correspond?ing software design is carried out,the operation control of vibration table and electric life test is realized by using PCI-1712 mul?tifunction data acquisition card,and LabVIEW is used to read,process,display and store the test parameters.The system provides an analysis reference for the electrical life test and reliability of AC contactor in vibration environment,it has reference signifi?cance for improving the product quality and development level of contactor
