氰酸酯树脂/纳米三氧化二钬复合材料的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 将纳米三氧化二钬(Ho_2O_3)粒子加入氰酸酯(CE)树脂中,以二月桂酸二丁基锡(BDTL)和环氧树脂为引发剂,通过原位聚合制得CE/Ho_2O_3复合材料,测试了复合材料浇铸体板材的力学性能、耐酸碱腐蚀性能。结果表明,当纳米Ho_2O_3粒子质量分数为0.2%时,复合材料弯曲强度最高,较纯CE树脂提高了84.6%;当纳米Ho_2O_3粒子质量分数为0.3%时,冲击强度最高,较纯CE树脂提高了55.2%,且耐酸腐蚀性能最佳;纳米Ho_2O_3粒子质量分数为0.4%时,耐碱腐蚀性能最佳。通过观察浇铸体板材冲击断面微观形貌的变化,分析了复合材料浇铸体板材韧性得以提高的原因。当纳米Ho_2O_3粒子质量分数为0.3%时,实现了对CE树脂的增韧改性,并优化了树脂基体的耐酸碱腐蚀性能,复合材料的弯曲和冲击强度分别为148.7MPa和13.5kJ/m2,比纯CE树脂提高了76.4%和55.2%,酸、碱腐蚀率分别为0.09%和0.12%,比纯CE树脂降低了50%和52%。 By adding nano holmium trioxide(Ho2O3)particles into the cyanate ester(CE)resin matrix,using dibutyltin dilaurate(BDTL)and epoxy resin as initiator,the CE/Ho2O3 composites were prepared through in-situ polymerization.The mechanical properties,acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the composite casting plate were tested.The results show that when the mass fraction of nano Ho2O3 particle is 0.2%,the bending strength of the composite is maximum and increases by 84.6%compared with that of the pure CE resin matrix.When the mass fraction of nano Ho2O3 particle is 0.3%,the impact strength is maximum and increases by 55.2%compared with the pure CE casting plate,and the acid corrosion resistance is the best.When the mass fraction of nano Ho2O3 particle is 0.4%,the alkali corrosion resistance is best.Through observing the microstructure change of the impact fracture surface of the casting plate,the reason for improving the toughness of the composite casting plate is analyzed.It is concluded that,when the mass fraction of nano Ho2O3 particle is 0.3%,the toughening modification of CE resin is realized,and the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of CE resin is optimized,the bending and impact strength of the composite are 148.7 MPa and 13.5 kJ/m^2 respectively,which increase by 76.4%and 55.2%compared with pure CE,and the acid and alkali corrosion rate are 0.09%and 0.12%respectively,which decrease by 50%and 52%compared with pure CE.
